Store Development Manager

Responsibilities

1. Develop and build a strong store network for the business in Malaysia, by having deep understanding of the current real estate/ retail landscape in Malaysia.
2. Form strategic alliances with landlords as well as key property developers, landowners, and retailers in Malaysia.
3. Negotiate with landlords for the ideal locations and other commercial terms, in accordance with UNIQLO SDV policies.
4. Analyze and advise on legal risks in all legal documents.
5. Manage and lead the schedule of projects and coordinate with related departments and partners.
6. Manage existing stores and maintain relationships with landlords.
