About the role

MummyRQ Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and effective production processes to meet our company's goals and objectives.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet production targets and quality standards

Monitor and optimise production workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Provide leadership and guidance to production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Liaise with other departments, such as quality control and procurement, to address issues and maintain smooth operations

Collect and analyse production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams

Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as Food Manufacturing, Food Technology, Food Science

Able to commit with shift working hours
