A leading company in the F&B sector is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage talent acquisition, oversee HR operations, and develop training programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 2 years of HR experience. Strong multitasking and confidentiality skills are essential. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to employee engagement and training initiatives.
Recruitment, Onboarding, Confirmation & Off-boarding
Develop and implement programs for talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, orientation, and job placement.
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Build talent pools and pipelines through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc., and engage with external candidates.
Conduct exit interviews, including at the executive level, and arrange exit interviews for management levels.
Manage remuneration and reward systems, conduct market benchmarking, and revise packages based on market trends and business goals.
Stay updated with market trends and review compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
Oversee and manage daily HR operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring consistent HR practices.
Support the performance management cycle, including tracking review processes and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with restaurant managers to address staffing needs, including temporary and seasonal support during peak periods.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events, such as workshops and team-building activities.
Develop training plans, organize training sessions, and manage training budgets.
Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Coordinate with external training providers to assess training needs and schedule employee training sessions.
