SCREEN SPE Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is looking for Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance and service support for semiconductor equipment.Service Engineers (Fresh Graduates may apply)Job Description:Service Engineers install, service, support, upgrade and maintain SCREEN equipment. Training is provided to support multiple equipment types. They perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, diagnose equipment problems and repairs / adjustments, understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and extensive electro-mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.Desired Qualifications:1- Demonstrate ability to work effectively with team members and with customers.2- Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills. 3- Requires good communication skill, documentation and customer service skills. 4- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. 5- Experience in Cleanroom working condition preferred but not a must. 6- Willingness to travel occasionally. 7- Ability to work irregular hours when required.Educational Requirements: Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering. Role Summary:Being a Service Engineer, this person is to support the team in meeting customers’ expectation and company’s expectation. This person must be able to support machines and technically inclined. He is the direct support on machines at customers’ fab and the workforce to ensure customer satisfaction amongst our customers.Responsibilities:1.To attend weekly meeting and presentation2.To write technical report.3.To handle specific jigs during service jobs.4.Assist senior colleagues to perform higher-level job like robot teaching & sub-units.5.To perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster.6.To perform ad-hoc shift work when needed when required.7.To perform ad-hoc delivery work.
