A leading company in the food industry is seeking an Administration Coordinator to manage orders, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks. Receiving orders from Sales - upload sales using the provided Google link.
Work closely with the Planner to determine the ETA based on the timeline.
Ensure smooth loading and processing of orders.
Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
Prepare and submit monthly forecast orders to the Accounts department.
Prepare and submit weekly ETD sales reports to the Accounts department and Director.
Prepare and submit weekly sales collection reports to the Accounts department.
Follow up closely on submission deadlines and pre-exhibition arrangements.
Handle administrative tasks for the Export Sales Department, including filing and documentation.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, manage documentation, and facilitate customs clearance for smooth inbound logistics.
Coordinate sample room activities and customer visit arrangements, including sample preparation and refreshments.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors or management.
