Job description

The Solution Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership, designing, developing, and maintaining the target architecture of the Group’s Digital Platform. This includes standardizing the development framework and design principles, ensuring maximum reuse of services, cost-effective deployment, and implementing effective Cyber/IT security controls in collaboration with the IT Security Team.

Job Requirements :

1. Develop a target architecture for the Group’s Digital Platform to ensure:
   • Designers and developers can work towards a common goal in the most optimal manner.
   • Built components can be easily reused and extended for future digital initiatives.
   • Existing IT assets/services are utilized to the maximum extent.
2. Review the existing architecture of the Group and propose improvements while ensuring reliability, speed, cost-efficiency, and security targets are achieved.
3. Review designs of strategic projects to ensure they align with standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Provide technical insights for developing policies, standards, and guidelines to maximize benefits and minimize risks and costs of the Group’s technology investments.
5. Conduct Root Cause Analysis of complex technical issues to enable strategic actions that prevent recurrence.

Education Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 10-15 years of Application Development / Technical Lead experience.
3. 3-5 years of experience in the payment / FinTech industry.
4. TOGAF Certification is an advantage.
