Join Our Team as a Customer Service Specialist!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a knack for solving problems and a keen interest in the printing industry? If so, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

  • Job Position: Customer Service Specialist
  • Working Hours: Rotational Shifts
  • Salary: Monthly salary with a minimum of RM2800, plus KPI incentives up to RM500, night shift allowances up to RM400

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Support: Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses via email, calls, and chats.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal (English & Mandarin) and written skills. Mandarin is required to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred, especially in the printing industry. Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are welcome as training will be provided!
