We’re hiring aFinance Manager for a dynamic manufacturing company based in Klang. This is not your typical back-office role. You'll be at the heart of the operation, working closely with both the office and factory teams, overseeing every aspect of financial control, compliance, and reporting within the entity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as a sole contributor and finance lead, reporting directly to senior management
• Ensuring strong financial controls, processes, and compliance are in place
• Overseeing end-to-end finance functions - from reporting, tax, audit coordination to vendor and outsource team management
• Playing a key role in external audit and tax engagements, and ensuring timely submissions
• Driving high engagement across departments and with external stakeholders
• Acting as a reviewer for all financial matters, while building efficiencies across the finance ecosystem

What We’re Looking For:

• Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Audit background or strong audit exposure is a big plus
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Proven ability to work independently in a managerial capacity
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing vendors, outsourced teams, and external auditors
