Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accounts receivable and payable. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in finance or accountancy and have strong analytical and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily accounting activities.
  • Maintaining account receivable & payable.
  • Other administrative works in account/admin department.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Working experience in related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, fast learner and self-motivated.
  • Posses strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
