Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Receive calls from customers and escalate to technical personnel to address customer issues.
  2. Generate and file records of all requests, work orders, and complaints accurately and promptly.
  3. Produce daily aging reports to monitor operational performance.
  4. Compile deduction mapping reports for validation meetings.
  5. Coordinate internal communication between services to support operations.
  6. Manage key administration related to security purposes.
  7. Implement a callback system to enhance service quality.
  8. Record data in systems and hard copies accurately and timely.
  9. Comply with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) regulations at the workplace.
  10. Support company programs and activities related to HSSE and LEAN, such as toolbox sessions at intervals set by management.
Job Requirements
  1. High School Certificate or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 16 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Ability to work independently and in groups, with effective interaction across all levels of personnel.
