Advisors Client Services, Data & Services
Mastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to facilitate multimillion-dollar business decisions and organizational growth. Our Advisors Client Services team blends traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to deliver strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors collaborates with a diverse global customer base across industries such as banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.
The Advisors Client Services group specializes in Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants develop and implement strategies for client campaigns, leveraging customer data for deep direct marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaign results, and optimizing marketing performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact
Manage deliverables and multiple workstreams across industries and problem statements
Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global clients using technology and data
Maintain trusted relationships with client managers

Team Collaboration & Culture
Develop sound business recommendations and deliver client presentations
Organize and structure work, mentor junior consultants, and lead or co-lead project management
Collaborate with Mastercard stakeholders to build intellectual capital and solutions
Grow ownership of project management and mentor junior staff

Qualifications
Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with experience in marketing and campaign projects (e.g., digital marketing, social media, product launch, ad-tech, mar-tech, offline campaigns, media planning, direct response marketing)
Experience managing tasks or workstreams collaboratively with third parties
Experience managing clients, stakeholders, and vendors
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication in English and local language (if applicable)
Eligibility to work and obtain travel visas

Preferred qualifications
Additional experience in agency marketing, SEO/SEM, video content creation, usability labs, print production, supply chain management, data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), solution development, coaching junior staff, or industry-specific expertise
MBA or master’s in marketing or digital (preferred but not required)
