Job Descriptions :

  1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, monitoring ledger balances, month-end closing, payment checks, staff supervision, and interdepartmental cooperation to resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Assist in preparing management reports, monthly forecasts, and annual budgets.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, management analysis, and related documentation.
  4. Conduct product costing, reviews, and simulations; prepare and close monthly accounts promptly.
  5. Manage vendor payments and related activities.
  6. Liaise with auditors and tax agents for compliance and audits.
  7. Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and tax strategies.
  8. Implement internal controls and suggest innovative measures to strengthen weak areas.
  9. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and bankers on daily activities and ad-hoc assignments.
  10. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
