To realize our vision, we are hiring an Inspector of Work for Civil and Structural, Architectural, as well as Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil and Structural Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and property development, preferably in landed and high-rise projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate between consultants and contractors.
• Ability to monitor construction schedules.
• Thorough knowledge of Malaysian and local building guidelines, regulations, and bylaws.
• Experience in site and contract management, planning, and coordinating site activities.
• Knowledge in QLASSIC/CONQUAS 21/AUTOCAD.
• Registered IOW qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain relevant documentation, correspondence, and records on work progress.
• Review construction drawings and specifications, report discrepancies.
• Ensure plans and specifications comply with building codes and standards.
• Report findings and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Participate in meetings with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Verify work for Stage Billing claims.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
