Job Responsibility
We are looking for a proactive and well-mannered individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Executive. Your main tasks will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via various channels and assisting them with product selection and after-sales support.
- Managing key sales administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, collecting payments, and preparing order details.
- Supporting general office operations and ensuring smooth daily workflows.
- Approaching and engaging with potential new customers through online platforms to expand our market reach.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience in online sales and customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working in an office-based role.
