Your key responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all project phases to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. For senior roles, manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
  2. Estimate costs, resources, and time needed for project completion.
  3. Track progress and performance against the project plan, ensuring targets are met by assigning tasks and gathering resources.
  4. Prepare engineering standards, designs, schedules, budgets, and select materials, equipment, staff, and contractors. Develop and analyze test methods and results.
  5. Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, liaise with clients and other operational areas. Provide training, review test results, and prepare test reports.
  6. Ensure compliance with specifications and standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 13485, FDA). Manage external contractors and resolve operational issues as required.
What you will bring to the team:
  1. PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Biomedical, Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Ability to perform and lead analytical testing, including setup, results interpretation, failure analysis, root cause analysis, and test method validation/verification.
  3. Understanding of material/polymer characterization and chemical analysis techniques (e.g., FTIR, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS).
  4. Good communication and analytical skills, with experience in project management. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 17025 management systems is an advantage.
