Job Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential buyers through calls, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
  2. Present property offerings, guide clients through the purchasing process, and close deals to meet individual and team sales targets.
  3. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including paperwork, reporting, and financial guidance.
  4. Maintain up-to-date property knowledge to provide accurate information and expert advice.
  5. Participate in real estate events, open houses, and exhibitions to expand networks and generate leads.
  6. Provide insights to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Possess at least an SPM qualification or above.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with strong client engagement and closing skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with property market trends, financing options, and sales regulations.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date property knowledge for providing accurate advice.
