Handling customer queries through the customer hotline and complaint call, telephonist duties, and paper clips.

Maintenance of the Commercial filing systems (both physical and computer-based).

Typing of documents and handling of correspondence for the Commercial Manager.

Registering incoming documentation and maintaining the document control system for the Commercial department.

Providing backup for the Associate, Commercial, and Commercial Assistant (CA) for issuing new meter installation forms, meter disconnection, or reconnection.

Supporting the operation of the billing system to record and track customer information, handle reconciliation of bills, and key in all related inter-department memo information into the billing system.

Sending industrial bills and letters of annual maintenance to customers.

Arranging and reviewing ESA to KL for endorsement, stamping, and filing to HASIL.

Organizing meeting room scheduling, letters, and couriers.

Performing any other responsibilities that may be required, in the interests of the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

Holds a Diploma/Certificate.

At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
