What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with a background in control systems or BMS to join our growing technical team. If you’re experienced with BACnet, Modbus, and control logic—but excited to learn how your expertise connects with AI, cloud platforms, and industrial energy efficiency—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the integration of Axross’s platform with existing HVAC and BMS systems
• Work with field devices, sensors, and controllers to ensure proper signal mapping and system communication
• Assist in commissioning, site support, and troubleshooting during deployment
• Collaborate with AI and backend teams to ensure real-time data collection and control loops function properly
• Document integration architecture, and support configuration testing and logic validation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and playbooks
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in BMS, automation, or control systems engineering
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and low-voltage system integration
• Strong technical foundation in electrical engineering or related field
• Comfort working on-site to support commissioning or integration activities
• Willingness to learn more about HVAC system behavior, energy efficiency concepts, and project lifecycle
•Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bonus if You Have
• Experience integrating with HVAC controls or industrial energy platforms
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams, controller setup, or I/O mapping
• Exposure to energy efficiency or retrofit projects
• Interest in IoT systems, remote monitoring, or AI-driven control logic
