Job description

The Group QA/QC Manager will oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities across multiple plants. This role involves ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety. The Group QA/QC Manager will develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of inorganic chemicals, in line with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals.

1. Develop and maintain QA/QC systems and processes across all plants.
2. Establish and uphold quality control standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
3. Ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company and regulatory bodies.
4. Lead, mentor, and train QA/QC teams across multiple plants.
5. Conduct performance reviews and oversee staff development.
6. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
7. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process or product issues.
8. Stay updated with industry standards, technologies, and methodologies to improve QA processes.
9. Plan, execute, and oversee product inspections and testing for quality and conformance.
10. Coordinate and support on-site audits by external providers.
11. Manage ISO 9001 or equivalent certification processes.
12. Prepare and maintain reports on quality performance, standards, and compliance.
13. Document all quality assurance activities, including SOPs, manuals, and protocols.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing.
3. Proven experience managing QA/QC across multiple sites.
4. Experience with ISO 9001 or similar standards.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Relevant certifications such as CQE or CQM are a plus.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
