Job summary

Job description

Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing customers.

Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competition.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the branch sales target.

Possess aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.

Source and develop customers through multi-media marketing channels.

Provide customers with information on financing options when appropriate.

Gain customer loyalty and confidence by delivering excellent customer service.

Perform outbound cold calls.

Participate in and acquire new product knowledge.

Attend to all sales inquiries and follow up diligently.

Understand customer needs and present suitable offers and deals.

Resolve customer issues and provide advisory support.

Promote a positive brand image by maintaining professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Contribute to marketing strategy development.

Participate in roadshows, sales activities, and product launches.

Handle objections and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Conduct indoor and outdoor sales campaigns and promotions as instructed by management.

Perform sales presentations, offer test drives, follow up, and close sales, including car delivery responsibilities.

Carry out additional responsibilities as instructed by management as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM, Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantages.
  • Ability to work on weekends and during hectic roadshow schedules.
  • Computer literacy; experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok is advantageous.
  • Must have a valid driving license and own transportation.
  • Independent, target-focused, and capable of achieving goals with limited supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and understanding of the automobile industry is advantageous.

Must be willing to work in BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG/SETIA ALAM/PUCHONG.
