Our team is passionate about sustainability, environmental consciousness, and delivering the highest quality organic products. We are currently looking for a Driver & Logistics Support Specialist to join our vibrant team and play a key role in making our operations smooth, timely, and welcoming.

Position:

Driver & Logistics Support Specialist

Location:

Based at our farm in Batang Kali, with daily travel to Klang Valley restaurants and hubs. Occasional trips to support event logistics or guest pick-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a refrigerated van to deliver fresh produce to restaurants and central hubs around the Klang Valley.
• Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries, even when plans change last-minute.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle and cold chain equipment.
• Occasionally assist with Lalamove or Grab bookings for last-mile deliveries from hubs to customers.
• Help manage basic inventory and loading at the farm when needed.
• Pick up and drop off VIP guests or tourists visiting the farm for tours or events.
• Represent the farm with a warm, friendly attitude and basic knowledge of our mission and produce (we’ll provide a short orientation for this).

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid driving license and experience driving vans or delivery vehicles.
• Punctual, dependable, and organized.
• Friendly, calm under pressure, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people.
• Willing to handle ambiguity—routes, tasks, and priorities may evolve as we build our logistics system.
• Have experience with Lalamove, GrabExpress, or delivery platforms.
• Speak conversational English and Malay.
• Are comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, Waze, and basic mobile apps.

Compensation:

• Monthly salary: 2,500 to 3,000 MYR, based on experience.
• Additional compensation for weekend event support or overnight guest pickups, when applicable.
