Job description

Manage Security Command Centre (SCC) daily operations, including CCTV and access control systems, and respond to emergency situations. Ensure proper incident reporting and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily SCC operations and respond to emergencies, ensuring incident reports are accurately completed.
2. Monitor security compliance related to threats, burglaries, thefts, crimes, access control, distress situations, and other security incidents.
3. Conduct regular inspections of security systems to ensure they are operational and functioning correctly.
4. Assist Security Executives/Managers in investigations and handling security incidents, including CCTV downloads and staff movement tracking.
5. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Your Profile:

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or security.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts on a day and night rotation.
