Business Analyst

Position Objective
Responsible to be the IT Business Analyst role of the Agile team for HK Vitality. Lead the discussion of project requirements, bridge the related parties including IT team, testing team, and users, to deliver the functional requirements.

Role and Responsibility

1. Manage stakeholders' expectations on project requirements and delivery timelines.
2. Motivate application vendor and subordinates to achieve objectives.
3. Work with multitasking skills, and work under pressure.
4. Think analytically and at a higher level.
5. Liaise with different IT teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
6. Build a holistic knowledge base for the application owned, and have a full picture of the support model.

Communication Requirement

1. 50% time communicating with internal stakeholders, HK project team.
2. 50% time communicating with external parties, including but not limited to vendors, service providers, etc.
3. Effective communication in written and spoken English is a must; spoken Cantonese is preferred.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Education: University graduate in computer science or equivalent.
2. Experience: 3-5 years with business analysis experience in IT domain.
3. IT development experience is a must.
4. Understand and experienced in SDLC, including the tools is a must.
5. IT Skill set: development & database experience.
6. Soft skills:

• Eyes on details with patience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think over the long-term, applying a strategic focus completing large-scale change projects.
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and work independently.
