Scope

Knight Frank is seeking a candidate for the role of Lease Administration Analyst to join our APAC Team. The APAC practice is headquartered in Singapore, and we are building a new team in Kuala Lumpur to support our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, sharing ideas and driving change.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base across various industry sectors, focusing on maintaining database accuracy, ensuring timely internal reporting, and facilitating daily workflow activities with the Account Manager.

What we are looking for

  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
  • An inquisitive mind with strong attention to detail
  • Computer skills
  • Experience in database maintenance, including creating spreadsheets and analysis documents
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read and understand leases and property documents
  • Experience with third-party lease management software such as Costar, Tririga, Prolease, etc.

What you will be doing

  • Timely processing of documents, including abstracting and data entry of leases and change forms
  • Communicating with key client stakeholders
  • Auditing lease clauses
  • Preparing monthly reports, including executive summaries if needed
  • Updating databases with quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Advising Account Managers on account status via tracking tools
  • Responding to queries regarding portfolio and lease activities
  • Participating in and completing assigned project work
  • Analyzing real estate data and portfolios in collaboration with the client team
  • Performing other duties as requested
