Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, prepare, and manage technical reporting and documentation for Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality, including Monthly Energy Management Reports, EAC Analysis, REEM, Measurement & Verification, Energy Audits, Technical Advice, Monthly Walkthrough Inspections, and Detailed Assessments. Update monthly FEMS 10% savings reports (F8) and ASIS data as required in the Concession Agreement.
  2. Plan and execute SP activities such as internal audits (SOP-EMWP, Asset & System Performance) and manage external audits (Energy Management Gold Standard 1, 2 & 3-stars, LEED & MyCrest-CIDB), in accordance with the Concession Agreement and Company SOP.
  3. Manage stakeholder relationships internally (HQ, RO, Sites, Supervisors, Peers) and externally (Engineering Division, Ministry of Health, Local Authorities, Business Partners) to ensure compliance with the company's vision and mission.
  4. Plan, execute, and monitor Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) Retrofitting & Energy Performance Contracting (EPC), including preparing Bills of Quantity (BQ), specifications, technical data, and conducting tender processes (site visits, meetings, design, drawings, evaluations, Factory Acceptance Tests, testing, commissioning, and handover) to meet the company's Annual Operation Plan (AOP) targets within stipulated timeframes and in compliance with MOH approval.
  5. Organize staff awareness training for hospital staff and attend competency training (CEM, PEM, CPMV, AP & QP) as per certification and concession agreement requirements.
  6. Ensure SP services for Energy Management & Indoor Air Quality comply with quality and environmental management standards (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS18001:2007, ISO50001:2018, ICOP 2010, MS1525) and statutory/regulatory requirements (DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, SPAN, local authorities), aligned with ISO standards and legal regulations.
  7. Maintain adherence to Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) practices for self, staff, and vendors, implementing good engineering practices (workplace inspections, BEAKON, Permit To Work, HIRADC, EASI, safety days) to ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Regulations, and company targets.
  8. Manage and coordinate innovative technologies such as Active FM, IOTACS, UVGI, Renewable Energy Projects, Rainwater Harvesting, and Energy Performance Contracting to add value and sustain competitiveness in the industry.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Prefer candidates with hospital support services experience.
