Handle the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions to ensure all day-to-day general administration matters run smoothly.

Ensure HR practices are consistent and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Monitor company programmes such as induction training, safety, hostel, foreign worker management, insurance, general affairs, training programmes, etc., ensuring they are adequately managed.

Administer employee payroll and attendance processes accurately and on time, prepare payroll reports for approval, and generate finance reports.

Review annual manpower planning and prepare and execute manning budget reports.

Develop and review the overall compensation and benefits scheme, including yearly performance reviews, incentive schemes, and employee insurance.

Oversee foreign worker affairs, including recruitment application, permit renewal, hostel management, check-out memos, insurance, and workers' movement reporting.

Handle recruitment for executive and managerial positions.

Liaise with local authorities and government bodies on HR or administrative matters, including licenses and leasing.

Plan and execute the Annual Training Plan, liaise with training providers, handle HRDF applications, and monitor on-the-job training progress and evaluations.

Manage expatriate permit applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with government regulations.

Build relationships with local campuses and tertiary institutions to enhance employer branding and attract internship students.

Education Qualifications and Relevant Experience:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, especially at the executive level.

Payroll system knowledge is essential.
