Business Analyst - Contract For Service/Freelance (12 Months)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Cyberjaya, Selangor on a 12-month contract basis. As a Business Analyst - Contract For Service/Freelance, you will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to drive the success of our Information & Communication Technology organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting in-depth analysis of our existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for optimization and innovation
2. Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear and concise specifications
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address identified business needs
4. Developing detailed process flows, user stories, and other documentation to support the implementation of new systems and processes
5. Providing ongoing support and training to ensure the successful adoption of new solutions by end-users
6. Continuously monitoring and measuring the performance of implemented solutions, recommending further improvements as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation techniques
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
