Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executives with experience in internal auditing and accounting.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
• Fluent in English and Malay (Verbal and Written); knowledge of other local dialects is an advantage for audit functions.
• Good personality, adaptable to a fast and dynamic environment, meticulous, and detail-oriented.

Job Description:

• Assist in carrying out audits at principal and joint venture branches according to approved plans and schedules.
• Visit Secret Recipe outlets regularly to check inventory and operating documents.
• Conduct audits in line with cafe operational procedures and report any discrepancies.
• Submit monthly audit reports to management.
• Perform inventory, daily transaction, and physical cash checks.
• Ensure proper documentation of all received and issued items at outlets.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
