An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support its management team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, organizing production paperwork, and coordinating company events. Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the management team.
Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Responsible for filing and organizing production paperwork, including call sheets, production reports, shoot schedules, shooting permits, and location release forms.
Assist in coordinating company events, productions, and marketing activities.
Collaborate closely with the HOD to report progress and gather production feedback.
Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems.
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
Oversee office administration tasks such as procurement, vendor management, and correspondence.
Assist in personal errands and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Engage in networking and build strong relationships with industry professionals, partners, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
Good social and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with people from different industries.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
Able to work independently, handle pressure, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
Interest or experience in the media, entertainment, or creative industry is an added advantage.
