Job Description

1. Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Assist walk-in customers and respond promptly to online inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
3. Demonstrate a passion for sales and a genuine interest in helping people improve their well-being.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring their needs and goals are well understood and met.
5. Actively participate in company activities, marketing campaigns, and roadshows as required.
6. Possessing basic nutrition knowledge will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements

1. Candidate from any field are welcome to apply.
2. Hostel accommodation will be provided.
3. Work experience as a Sales Promoter / Sales Representative is welcome.
4. Candidates with a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Food Science and Nutrition / Nutrition & Dietetics / Pharmacology are a plus.
5. Preferably entry-level in Sales / Telemarketing / Livechat / Call center roles.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
7. Must be a confident communicator in oral and written English. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
8. Bumiputra applicants who can communicate in Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
9. Required skills: Microsoft Office, strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, good communication skills.
10. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
11. Self-motivated and willing to learn.
12. Willingness to travel and work during weekends and public holidays is an advantage (compensated accordingly).
