About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Channel Sales Executive to join our team in Penang. You will be responsible for developing and managing channel partner relationships, driving sales performance, and supporting the regional growth of Toshiba products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with channel/distribution partners.

• Drive sales through partner engagement and execution of sales strategies

• Achieve sales targets and market share growth in the Northern region

• Conduct product training and provide on-site support when needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to align on pricing, promotions, and stock planning

• Ensure excellent customer service and partner satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances or FMCG

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Ability to develop and execute localized sales strategies

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
