Job Summary:
  • Available to work on the following days and shifts:
  • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts

Location: Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang

Job Description:
  • Deputise for the Project Manager.
  • Follow up on construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure adherence to construction documents and authorities' regulations by sub-contractors.
  • Assist in reviewing contractor submissions (shop drawings, materials, RFI, etc.).
  • Provide on-site direction as needed.
  • Liaise with JKR, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor the physical work progress of sub-contractors.
  • Assist in preparing documents for project handover.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with slope, roads, and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with slope projects and familiarity with JKR projects is an advantage.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Willing to travel and work at outstations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
