Job description

M&E Coordinator (Based In Kota Kinabalu)

Manage, supervise, and coordinate all NSC activities and resources related to the assigned projects.

Plan and monitor project progress and schedules to ensure works are completed in accordance with construction drawings.

Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors, supervisors, and all relevant parties involved in the project.

Assist in resolving technical matters, prepare site meeting reports, and attend site meetings.

Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by management.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements related to construction, safety, and building bylaws is an advantage.
  • Mature and capable of interacting with different levels of management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to travel and undertake overseas assignments.
  • Position available in Sabah.
