As HR Expert People Experience, you will actively shape our HR and cultural transformation. As part of your role, you will act as strategic sparring partner to the Global Head of HR CoE and the global HR Leadership Team and serve as a role model for modern collaboration and leadership, creating cross-functional impact.
The position can also be filled internationally.
Your Tasks
- Establish, enable and govern a holistic People Experience approach, and derive and monitor strategically-aligned measures fostering ENERCON’s employer brand and EVP
- Establish, perform / collect, analyze and initiate follow-up on people feedback (e.g., employee survey) and provide actionable input to HR CoEs, HR Regions and global HR Business Partners
- Connect with external networks and thought leadership on People Experience, innovations and best practices and link to ENERCON`s People Experience approach
- Orchestrate and perform HR communication and establish continuous exchange and alignment with ENERCON Marketing & Communication approach and the HR Strategy
- Participate in the HR process landscape governance as well as lead and/or support strategic HR projects or initiatives and participate in strategic Enercon projects if required
Your Qualification- Extensive professional experience in HR, communication, consultancy or equivalent
- Fluent in English, German recommended (could be further developed on the job)
- Outstanding in customer-centric approaches, innovation and empathy (e.g., design thinking, agile solution development)
- Conceptually and analytically strong with significant experience in project management
- Strong cross-organizational, international communication and collaboration as well as network leadership
- High level of self-direction, system thinking and business orientation
- IT and AI literate, with the ability to identify and prepare digital HR use cases for test and scale
