Job description

As a Finance Manager, you will provide financial guidance, strategic analysis, and execution within a designated SBU and location. Your responsibilities include managing all financial channel activities such as the monthly closing cycle, reporting, building weekly/monthly estimates, and developing the annual plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Centralize support to enable standardized reporting, analysis, and decision support across all SBUs.
2. Responsible for reporting for SBU and location, including calculations of key metrics.
3. Provide ad hoc analysis as needed by partners at various levels, including customer profitability, margin analysis, and contract analysis.
4. Plan, prepare, and implement the annual budget process.
5. Coordinate the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and explainable results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field; recognized professional accountancy qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA are a plus.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in communicating monthly financial results, including deviation analysis and performance drivers.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Multilingual skills, such as proficiency in English and Mandarin.
