Job description

Candidate must possess at least an LCCI or Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Experience with SQL Accounting software.

Able to start immediately.

Strong analytical skills, a good working attitude, and ability to work independently.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily operational accounting & finance functions including accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, cash, and bank management.
  2. Participate in closing accounts, preparing financial statements, and reporting.
  3. Assist in the consolidation of accounts.
  4. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly reports.
  5. Respond to auditors or tax agent queries related to annual audits and tax submissions.
  6. Liaise with bank officers regarding banking matters.
  7. Perform ad-hoc duties as delegated.
  8. Provide medical and insurance benefits.
