WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Country Sales Director with a proven track record of delivering results (orders and revenue) by working with end-customers and channel partners, leading a team of channel account managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for developing the country strategy, driving go-to-market (GTM) operational excellence, developing the team, managing key relationships, and representing Honeywell BA externally to achieve ambitious targets sustainably. You will report to the VP/GM ASEAN & East Asia (AEA) and be a core member of the AEA leadership team.

You will join a high-performing, growth-focused cross-functional team. Our goal is to grow more than 20% year over year sustainably through a ‘One BA’ approach, thought leadership, customer-centric innovation, and talent focus. Your peers will include regional GMs of product lines and Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), other country directors, and functions like finance, marketing, vertical sales, and HR. We collaborate as one team to grow our business, innovate, and enjoy the journey.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

GTM Operational Excellence

  • Develop and own strategies for sustainable growth; contribute to regional strategy
  • Deliver and exceed targets for orders, revenue, and operating income
  • Drive continuous growth through pipeline creation and conversion
  • Model high-quality sales and partnership processes, including managing key relationships and selling to end-customers and channel partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and industry regulations
  • Coordinate with product line GMs to ensure the right product portfolio and focus on NPI (new product introductions)
  • Collaborate with HBS leadership for alignment between direct and indirect business
  • Work with marketing and vertical sales to increase external visibility and demand generation; support post-sales customer support
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of channel managers and support functions
  • Hire, develop, and retain talent; focus on training, motivation, and coaching
  • Support overall growth initiatives and lead specific impactful projects

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience

  • 15+ years in B2B technology sales, preferably with complex, long sales cycles involving end-customers and channel partners; 3-5 years in sales management
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding targets and developing GTM strategies
  • Experience selling through channels to end-users and navigating complex buying ecosystems
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience in product lines, projects, and marketing
  • Background in technology, HVAC, or related industries is a plus; familiarity with Honeywell or competitors is beneficial
  • Engineering or Business degrees preferred
