Role Overview

Hasbro EMEA, APAC Marketing team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Shared Service team.

A Day in the Life

Support EMEA and APAC Brand Managers for the delivery of key activations and administrative processes.

  1. Understand global brand and product plans, and manage EMEA and APAC lines.
  2. Ensure marketing and product data accuracy in internal planning systems (P2M, HDM, SAP, etc.).
  3. Update and manage Item Master files regularly according to local line plans.
  4. Assist in creating product profile sell sheets, preview decks, etc., using regional templates.
  5. Assist in social media asset and campaign execution under the direction of Brand teams.
  6. Participate in organizing, translating, proofreading, and executing brand assets, including:
  • Downloading and consolidating global assets from central systems.
  • Creating local marketing communication tools with regional teams.
  • Proofreading local language copies and supporting translations based on global templates.
  • Collect, organize, and deliver eCopy, images, and video assets to eCommerce customers via dedicated forms, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions across geographies.
  • Adapt submissions to meet varying customer requirements and formats, maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve missing information and meet deadlines.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Manage invoices, create POs, and support A&P budget tracking, consolidation, and analysis.
    • Coordinate with vendors and support regional requests for product launches, PR seeding, and shipments.
    • Support non-English consumer care services and assist with returns and consumer correspondence.
    • Participate in ad hoc regional/local marketing projects.
    Key Relationships

    Internal: Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Finance Manager, Finance Shared Service Team.

    External: Vendors, Consumers.

    Education and Experience
    • Experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a multinational environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt quickly.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
    • Willingness to learn and improve processes continually.
