Perform thorough inspections of the properties to be valued.

Ensure that inspected properties comply with relevant guidelines and laws; conduct relevant enquiries with government bodies/authorities.

Assess market value supported by market transactions and other relevant information.

Maintain good customer service with business partners, such as banks and corporate clients.

Assist in guiding junior executives when required.

Stay updated with property market movements, developments including the construction industry, and competitors.

Perform additional duties as assigned by your superior or company directors.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Valuation, Property Management, Real Estate, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in the industry with general market knowledge in Johor Bahru.
• Willing to work at Menara JLand, Ibrahim International Business District, Johor Bahru.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Junior Executive role.
