- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Educational Background: Minimum SPM or equivalent.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospects.
- Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Answer queries, provide relevant information, and handle objections professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting leads into sales.
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services where appropriate.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Update customer information regularly to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects or existing customers to close sales or foster relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective scripts and strategies.
- Share customer feedback to help improve offerings and processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and privacy laws when handling customer data.
