About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Procurement Admin to join our dynamic team at RS Hubcore Sdn Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services to support our e-commerce operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for e-commerce inventory.
  2. Preparing and processing purchase orders, monitoring delivery timelines, and resolving issues.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and updating inventory levels.
  4. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  5. Identifying opportunities to optimize procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures.
  6. Providing administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
