Job Summary

This role leads a team of Partner Sales Managers to drive sales performance, ensuring compliance with corporate values and policies. The focus is on expanding the Corporate and SME market through Enterprise Business Partner channels, meeting sales targets, and growing partnerships in the assigned territory. The goal is to increase the corporate subscriber base by promoting the company's products and services to both existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of sales targets set by management, including monthly targets, EB partner recruitment, and sales campaigns.
  • Have minimum 5-8 partner visits per week, either joint calls with Partner Sales Managers. Ensure sales activities are executed as planned, with partner sales productivity tracked and achieved. This includes sales pipeline review, selling skills, identifying challenges, and addressing gaps.
  • Provide timely updates on sales progress and activity status to superiors, and submit weekly sales forecasts and reports on time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements.
  • Recruit and train new EB partners in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure good knowledge of products and sales processes, with clear communication of compliance policies to EB partners, ensuring adherence to business policies and codes of conduct.
  • Develop monthly or quarterly sales action plans, identify potential SME markets for sales acquisition, and initiate business penetration programs.
  • As a people manager, build team spirit to achieve team targets, ensure company policies and compliance rules are followed, and coach team members for skill development.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks or projects as directed by superiors.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade channels, or SME account management.
  • Proven leadership with at least 3-5 years managing teams, driving results, and managing business risks.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, especially in sales presentations.
  • Collaborative team player aligned with business objectives.
