Job Responsibility
- Assist the Senior Manager/Partner with assigned engagements on planning, execution and reporting activities
- Ensure audit work is adequately supported, properly documented and aligned with the stated audit objectives and finding
- Report findings to ensure the company is following financial regulations
- Evaluate controls to improve the effectiveness of a client's internal controls
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate teams and stakeholder of the organisation
- Review workpapers and reports
- Lead and guide junior staff
- Handle multiple assignments and ad-hoc special audits if required.
Job Requirements
- Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, other related Business Management field or possess professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA) and a member of MIA.Candidates with at least 4 to 6 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this Assistant Manager/Managerial position, respectively.
- Able to engage and present to Senior Management, Board of Directors, and those in charge of Governance.
- Have good Communication, Report Writing, and Computer Skills.
- Possess strong Problem-Solving Skills, is Meticulous and Proactive with an Eye for Detail.
- Able to work well Independently, under Pressure, and meet Tight Deadlines.
