Role
- Responsible for all documentation related to Admin/Human Resources
- Responsible for all documentation related to Finance
- Assist the director with personal and company-related documentation
Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage the recruitment process, including identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
- Ensure proper management of all company assets
- Support internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
Finance
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners on payments
- Ensure timely payments to vendors, talents, and partners, along with proper documentation
- Accurately record all financial transactions
- Prepare documents for bookkeeping and verify that records match supporting documents
- Provide weekly AR-AP reports to the director
- Update financial data in internal systems
- Calculate monthly commissions for the Business Development team
- Assist the director in liaising with the Audit team on audit reports
Director/Strategy
- Tabulate the director’s monthly claims and receipts
- Assist the director with personal and company-related documentation
- Support strategy-related projects and report to the director
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Admin, HR, or Finance
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts, and using financial functions
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time-management, planning, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to establish strong connections across all levels of the company
- Maintain confidentiality
