Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on content to develop and execute compelling content strategies across digital platforms. This role is key in building brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving traffic and conversions through high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and manage digital content for websites and social media.
  • Plan and execute content calendars in line with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to produce engaging content formats (videos, infographics, articles, etc.).
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Monitor performance of content using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Manage digital assets and ensure content consistency across all channels.
  • Support digital ad campaigns with copywriting and creative assets where needed.
  • Stay updated with influencer content trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across platforms (Google, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, etc.).

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role, experiences with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or retail industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English, BM, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
