A leading company in the e-commerce sector is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage operational and administrative activities across various marketplaces. This role involves overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns while ensuring a seamless customer experience. ● Responsible for operational and administrative activities in e-commerce marketplaces (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
● Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listing, pricing, stock inventory levels, system maintenance, setting up promotions and campaigns, and ensuring data completeness.
● Update online stores and manage website content such as product thumbnails, web banners, stock levels, prices, and product details.
● Manage and execute online promotional campaigns, such as 11.11, 9.9, 8.8.
● Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product display and promotion strategies.
● Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth, engagement, promotion, and conversion.
● Work closely with clients to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience through well-managed e-commerce operations.
● Generate performance reports and analyze data to improve sales and marketing strategies.
