We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our HSBC Amanah team as a Primary Banker. This role involves working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales revenue of HSBC’s financial products through various sales activities
  • Build strategic relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct market reviews to understand customers’ financial needs and requirements
  • Promote and deliver digital channels and Life Sign Technology to new and existing customers
  • Share digital know-how to create awareness and increase adoption rates
  • Drive wealth referrals, especially investment needs, to Premier colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with products, sales policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the Bank and relevant authorities
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
  • Relevant licenses in marketing wealth products (e.g., PCE/TBE/CEILLI/FIMM) are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of personal banking products such as bancassurance, credit cards, personal loans, and fixed deposits
  • Strong interest in building relationships and providing financial solutions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven, eager to learn, grow, and succeed
