Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving, handling, storage, labelling, log receipt and dispatch of delivery materials. The job holder will also be responsible for processing inventory transactions in SAP system. Coordinating the movement of inbound and outbound materials via available transport mode to support requirement due to operation priority.
• Follow the Company's HSE rules and regulations in all works wider responsibility.
• Responsible for the receiving, control issue and storage of all spare parts, materials, equipment, and tools in the storeroom. Ensure all onboard stock items are well update in SAP system, all on board non-stock items are well update in bar-code database system. Be able to serve all discipline as needed.
• Physical check count and tag all equipment / materials delivered as per specification requirements in the contact purchase order and indent for the right quantity specification and location.
• Maintain offshore consumable, re-order and create new stock/non-stock items to ensure sufficiency items and quantity for day-to-day activities.
• Keep record and maintain the filing system for all the inventory movement for audit trail.
• Identify the discrepancies of received materials based on materials specification and manifest and highlighted to relevant party for correction.

Requirement

• Technical Diploma in any field, preferable Mechanical/Electrical or Electronics.
• Possess a valid BOSEIT and Medical Certificate.
• Have good problem-solving attributes.
• Knowledge of basic safety practise of oil/gas facilities
• 5-7 years of work experience in Stare officer or Material controller in Oil & Gas field or similar.
• Computer literate. i.e. Excel. Database
• Good knowledge in Barcode system is advantage.
