About the role

This is a full-time Production Executive role based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in the manufacturing operations of ERAMAS INGREDIENTS SDN. BHD., a leading producer of high-quality food ingredients. As Production Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes to meet the company's production targets and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for directing, organizing and overseeing production activities.

Ensure production process are completed in accordance with established quality management and production standards.

Responsible for full spectrum of production functions, including productivity, quality performance & process improvement.

Ensure that all production operator maintain good manufacturing practice, 5S, hygiene and work place safety practices.

Ensure that production activities follow Food Safety and Quality Management System.

Ensure production planning, output and goals are achieved.

To improve production effectiveness by proper manpower and job arrangement.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar role.

Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000), quality control, and production processes.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.

Familiarity with food processing machinery, raw material handling, and inventory management.

Experience in production planning and team management.

Familiarity with spray drying processes (preferred).

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and hygiene protocols in the food industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage shifts, and meet production targets.
