• Maintain records of preventive maintenance by scheduling servicing and rectification for all machines and equipment of the club.
• Perform repairs on equipment based on priority to meet daily operational requirements.
• Follow scheduled maintenance for all machines and equipment of the club.
• Conduct field rounds as per schedule to ensure equipment and machines are in good operating condition at all times.
• Perform all types of repairs within workshop capabilities, including welding, painting, and making joints for irrigation piping.
• Ensure all machines and equipment are well maintained and in good, serviceable condition at all times.
• Implement necessary modifications to enhance efficiency and durability when required.
• Conduct spot checks and inspections on all equipment to ensure operators comply with daily maintenance procedures.
• Report any premature failures or damages to equipment or repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workshop service area and surrounding environment, ensuring tools and machine parts are properly stored after use to promote a safe working environment.
